9 Steps to Customer Satisfaction
At Keystone Development Corporation, our entire company is committed to providing an outstanding home value and excellent service. While most builders talk about quality, we constantly deliver. To make sure you are delighted with your new home, Keystone Development has created a nationally admired 9-Step Customer Satisfaction Process.
You, our customer, are involved in every step of the design, construction and service process. The 9-Step Customer Satisfaction Process is how we will collaborate with you to build the home of your dreams, with Keystone Development quality craftsmanship.
- Lot Walk:
After reservation and before contract, tour your home location with your Sales Consultant. Learn the features of the lot you have selected, such as grades, views and orientation. Review additions, options, location of patios and deck
- Initial Design Meeting:
Tour the Design center with our Design Consultant. Have an overview of the wide range of builder and designer features. Find out how you can customize your home.
- Selections Process:
Choose builder and designer features during the Selections Process, which begins seven to nine months prior to settlement. Within one month of beginning your selections, you will have a Final Design Meeting to confirm your choices.
- Rough Inspection:
Prior to dry walling, our Construction Supervisor or Sales Consultant will tour your new home with you. At the meeting, they will verify your structural selection and give you an update on the delivery of your new home.
- Construction Supervisor 45 Day Checklist:
45 Days before delivery, the Construction Supervisory or Project Manager will meet you at your new home to review progress and conduct an inspection. You will also receive a letter that confirms move-in date.
- Quality Assurance Inspection:
Prior to your orientation walk, we complete a rigorous quality assurance inspection of your home. We examine every facet of construction. This assures the home is ready for your inspection.
- Orientation/Pre-Settlement Inspection
Tour your new home with our Construction Supervisor. Learn the features of your home. We will quickly resolve any minor cosmetic problems spotted during your orientation.
- 30 Day Inspection:
Welcome a representative from Customer Service into your home to identify and correct any concerns that may have come up during the past month.
- One Year Inspection:
11 months after closing, a Customer Service team member will again meet with you to review any required warranty work. We will respond to any questions or concerns you may have before your first anniversary in your new home.
