The Quabbin is our two story version of the Wachussett.  While the first floor is nearly identical to the Wachusett, the addition of second floor space adds 450 square feet for a very reasonable cost.  The extra loft area and room offer plenty of choices for those needing a home office, quiet den, play area for grandchildren or another sleeping area.
